At New Tech Experiments, we take pride in creating unique models and projects tailored to your specific needs. Please review the following policies and procedures for custom orders:

1. Made-to-Order Process: Please note that each model is meticulously crafted on demand. We do not keep pre-made models or projects in stock. Upon placing your order, our dedicated team will initiate the creation and testing process, ensuring the model’s quality and functionality. This production and testing phase typically spans 2 to 3 days before the model is ready for delivery.

2. Advance Payment: As part of our ordering process, we kindly request an advance payment of 60% of the total amount. The remaining 40% will be due once your order is dispatched for delivery via a trusted courier company.

3. Personalized Customization: We understand the significance of customization. You have the flexibility to personalize your model according to your specific requirements. Simply get in touch with us, and our dedicated team members will personally connect with you to discuss the details and note down your preferences.

4. Non-Refundable Policy: Given the bespoke nature of our products, we do not have a refund policy in place. However, please be assured that we are committed to delivering the highest quality models to you. Customer satisfaction remains our utmost priority.

Should you have ordered a customized product, please be aware of the following policies:

• Non-Returnable: Customized product models/projects cannot be returned once the manufacturing process has begun. We encourage clients to thoroughly consider their specifications before finalizing their order.

• Modification during Production: While your project or model is being crafted, you may request modifications. Our team will do their utmost to accommodate your changes.

• Finalization of Customized Models/Projects: Once your customized model/project is complete, no further alterations can be applied. It is vital to provide accurate and comprehensive insights during the initial customization phase.

• Additional Features: Any additional features requested after the client’s final plan has been submitted may incur extra charges. These charges will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

• Handcrafted Nature of Customized Items: Please understand that customized projects/models are crafted by hand. As such, absolute perfection cannot be guaranteed. We commit to fulfilling the plan you provide, but the specific execution may vary based on our team’s discretion.

• Accuracy and Expectations: To ensure the highest level of accuracy, it is imperative to provide us with detailed and precise insights. This will help us align our work with your expectations.

• Project/Model Preview: We will send you images of the completed project/model for your review before finalizing the order. This gives you an opportunity to assess the final product.

• Advance Payments: In the event of project/model cancellation, no advance payment will be refundable. This policy is in place to cover initial costs and efforts.

• Negotiations and Finalization: Please note that once a project/model has been finalized, no further negotiations will be entertained. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.
