Damaged During Shipment
If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product. Provide clear pictures and a description of the damage. Once our support team approves the return, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Wrong Item Shipped
In the event you receive a different product than what was ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. Once verified by our support team, we will facilitate a replacement or issue a refund, including the return delivery cost.
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged due to improper use or those that do not meet specific application requirements. We strongly advise reviewing product specifications and datasheets prior to placing an order. Returns are accepted within 2 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Non-Returnable: Customized product models/projects are non-returnable once the manufacturing process has commenced. We encourage clients to carefully consider their specifications before finalizing their order.
Additional Features: Any additional features requested after the client’s final plan has been submitted may incur extra charges. These charges will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
Advance Payments: In the event of project/model cancellation, no advance payment will be refundable. This policy is in place to cover initial costs and efforts.
Negotiations and Finalization: Please note that once a project/model has been finalized, no further negotiations will be entertained. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.
Products with an associated warranty are eligible for replacement, repair, or refund if they malfunction within the warranty period. We would like to clarify that we do not manufacture the electronic components listed on our website. For detailed warranty information, kindly refer to the original manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your claim. Once approved, you may send the product back to us. Your product or refund will be processed within 2 working days of receipt. If an order is canceled without valid reason after shipment, delivery charges will not be refunded, and any additional charges incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.
